  • The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job. Education/formal training/licensure/certification experience: Completion of high school or its equivalent; secretarial/computer business courses or graduate from college training program. Proficient in Windows environment (Word, Excel required and Access preferred). Essential Job Functions: The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below: and specific functions may change from time to time.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Payroll.
  • Shift Wizard as needed
  • Maintains departmental employee files.
  • Arrange travel for Assistant Directors and staff as needed
  • Ensures appropriate/timely communication to departmental staff and peers re: current Licensure and credentials. Additional skills: Able to process information quickly and accurately. Efficient use of computer and office equipment Possesses problem solving skills. Maintains competency appropriate to the services provided and needs of age groups served

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with secretarial or computer business training. Proficiency in Windows, specifically Word and Excel, is required.
