• Purpose: At Mercy Medical Center, the Operating Room RN delivers safe, high-quality care to surgical patients.

• Will Do: Provide intraoperative care by performing circulating and/or scrub duties, including patient positioning, site prep, instrumentation, and sterile technique. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient, coordinated care throughout procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Required: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s degree in Nursing is required Valid RN license in Massachusetts Ideal candidates will have 1 or more years of intraoperative nursing experience, including circulating and scrub experience.
