Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living areas Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, or environment Medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities (if applicable) Follow care plans and document services provided Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transportation assistance is required) Ability to lift 25–50 pounds, depending on client needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic 1-year hands-on caregiving experience is preferred, but not required Job Requirements: 18 years old or more Have a valid ID Able to pass a PA criminal background check Able to pass an FBI background check if you have not been a PA resident for 2 years TB Clearance Why Join Independent Home Health?
