What You’ll Do As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll be a key part of our medical team, delivering high-quality patient care, supporting veterinarians, and helping pet parents feel confident and informed. Responsibilities include: Assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics Educating pet parents with compassion and clarity Ensuring accurate medical documentation and patient histories Promoting low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction Mentoring assistants and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Texas Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset Committed to low-stress, Fear-Free handling (certification a plus, and we’ll pay for it) Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow

Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in Texas with at least 3 years of clinical experience. Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and a commitment to low-stress handling are required.
