Responsibilities include: Assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics Educating pet parents with compassion and clarity Ensuring accurate medical documentation and patient histories Promoting low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction Mentoring assistants and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence What We’re Looking For in a Veterinary Technician 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Florida Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset Committed to low-stress, Fear-Free handling (certification a plus, and we’ll pay for it) Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow Join a Team That’s Changing the Game Apply today to become a Veterinary Technician for a company that is built by vets who love pets and help us create extraordinary experiences for pets and their families.

Requirements

Requires a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) license in Florida with over 3 years of clinical experience. Candidates must be proficient in anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and collaborative communication.
