Plan and coordinate therapeutic support and individualized treatment plans for patients with behavioral and psychiatric disorders. Manage a caseload including psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary team collaboration to promote patient recovery.

Supervise social work interns completing field placement, as required.
