The CNA administers nursing care to residents based on individual care plans and Nurse Aide Guidelines. The role supports the mission and nursing philosophy of the Northern Montana Care Center.
About the Role: $5,000 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus
Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.
High school graduation or equivalent preferred. Certified Nurse's Aide by the State of Montana. Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions. Provide a current phone number. Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Starting pay range is $19.38 - $21.52 and varies based on experience.
