Echo/Nuclear Cardiologist

About the role
The physician will provide outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular evaluation and management, including the interpretation of non-invasive diagnostic studies. They will also provide consultative services to the hospital and emergency department while collaborating with other healthcare providers.
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join the growing practice in Hilo, Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities: Outpatient and inpatient evaluation and management of cardiovascular conditions.
Interpretation of non-invasive diagnostic studies including: Echocardiography (TTE, TEE) Stress testing (exercise, pharmacologic) Nuclear cardiology studies Holter and event monitor interpretation EKG interpretation Provide consultative services to hospital and emergency department.
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated patient care.
Participate in quality improvement, education, and cardiac program development.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease Proficient in non-invasive diagnostics (Echo, Stress Testing, Nuclear preferred) Eligible for Hawaii medical licensure Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
