Provide direct counseling and therapeutic interventions to patients, utilizing evidence-based approaches. Develop personalized care plans addressing psychological and emotional challenges. Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare team members to integrate behavioral health services into patient care. Act as a resource for medical staff, ensuring alignment with evidence-based behavioral health practices. Deliver telehealth services to patients, ensuring accessibility and high-quality care in virtual settings. Utilize telehealth technology to expand access to care and reduce barriers for patients. An appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Active and unrestricted LPCC or LISW license in OH. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health. Knowledge of behavioral health screening tools and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Strong telehealth proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies.
