About the role

Conduct initial evaluations and develop collaborative treatment plans involving medication and therapy for clients. Provide ongoing monthly follow-ups to assess intervention efficacy and ensure treatment goals are achieved.

We are seeking both part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Washington.

If you enjoy working on a team with bright, ambitious advanced practice nurses and are seeking the flexibility and autonomy of private practice, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

We offer a competitive 1099 compensation model and a supportive work environment that offers mentorship and training.

You can build your own schedule within our operating hours, which are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.

We require a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week

Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Our clientele strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments; you have to be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Active Washington Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License ANCC Board Certification 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health Strong assessment skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ambitious, client-centric work ethic Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments

Requirements

Requires a Master of Science in Nursing, an active Washington Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license, and ANCC Board Certification. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in adult mental health and a valid Washington DEA certification.
