Assists nursing staff in meeting patient needs, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility support. Responsible for patient transport, documentation, and maintaining a safe unit environment.
Assists nurses in meeting patient needs as directed by RN/LPN. Communicates effectively with patients, support person(s) and other members of the health care team.
