We’re hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, compassionate rehab in a skilled nursing setting. This role includes evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with OT, ST, nursing, and case management, and helping patients return to their highest level of mobility and quality of life.
APTA-accredited PT degree Tennessee PT license SNF experience preferred, but not required Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care focus
