Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments Ability to work independently Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting. Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCares standards of practice.
