Conifer Park is looking for a Counselor, Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Rochester, NY.
As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting.
Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload.
Sign on bonus for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP) Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift.
Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 1 Year and 2 year) The following QHPs are eligible for sign on bonus: CASAC, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW.
Schedule Range: Full-time Monday - Friday || 40 hours per week within the Range: 8:30am -7:00pm
Counselor Requirements: Associate's degree in chemical Dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience, Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification, CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with one year related experience, Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.
Master’s Degree in related field, Current CASAC, LMHC or LMSW with one year of experience, or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.
