As a Registered Nurse for our Wound Care Center, you will be responsible for the following:
Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
At least two years of work experience as a registered nurse and one year clinical experience in wound care.
Preferred: Membership in professional nursing organization
Completion of a 40-hour Undersea & Hyperbaric Medicine Society (UHMS) approved course in Hyperbaric Medicine within 6 months of hire
Obtain NBDHMT Certified Hyperbaric RN certification (CHRN) within 36 months of hyperbaric training
Preferred: Obtain WOCNCB certification as a wound care nurse (CWCN) within 24 months of hire
Schedule: 28 hours/week, day shift

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program and hold a current license to practice in Massachusetts. A BSN and previous experience in a unit-specific specialty are strongly preferred.
