$22.81-$32.62. Pay is based on experience. Responsible for assisting with the administration or respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to patients with respiratory problems under the supervision of licensed respiratory therapists. Essential Functions
Assists with patient assessments by gathering information about patients' respiratory conditions by taking vital signs, measuring oxygen levels, and monitoring breathing patterns.
Prepares equipment for respiratory therapy treatments, such as oxygen tanks, nebulizers, and ventilators.
Keeps accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
Helps with the administration of respiratory therapy treatments, such as oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and breathing exercises.
Cleans and sterilizes equipment after each use to prevent the spread of infection.
In the event of an emergency, assists with resuscitation efforts and notifies the healthcare team.
Qualifications: Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials Must be enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy Program, Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
