Deep empathy and patience flexibility, reliability and responsiveness creativity and a positive, open hearted approach Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and their families Ability to life/transfer up to 25 lbs to assist with ADL care Clean background check and drug test Clean driving record and current car insurance, and a valid drivers license Current CNA certification preferred OR at least 2 years in home senior care experience
