How you’ll contribute

A speech-language pathologist (SLP) who excels in this role

Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs.

Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.

Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.

Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.

Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.

Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

  • What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current master’s degree in Speech Language Pathologist. Additional requirements include:
  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
  • Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with KY Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and possess current licensure with the KY Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 60 days of hire.
