Performs majority of exams with minimal supervision.
Produces two dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by Physician in diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs by performing the following duties.

Select equipment for use in ultrasound setup according to specifications of examination.
Performs ultrasound examinations to assess the health and development of the female reproductive system and fetus during pregnancy.
Has a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system.
Explains process to the patient and instructs and assists the patient in assuming physical position for examination.
Selects transducer and adjusts equipment controls according to organ to be examined, depth of field, and other specifications of test.
Keys test data and patient information into computer ultrasound equipment to maintain record of test results.
Moves transducer, by hand, over specified area of body and observes sound wave display screen to monitor quality of ultrasonic pattern produced.
Starts equipment which produces imagines of internal organs and records diagnostic data on magnetic tape, computer desk, strip printout, or film.
Performs or assists with other clinical or non-clinical duties as assigned by Supervisor or Provider.
Collaborates and organizes daily work schedules with US team as assigned to meet the needs of the department.
Exhibits a strong work ethic by reporting to work in a timely manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals when instructed.
The team member must demonstrate current competencies applicable to job position.
Accurately reports and charts in EHR.
Education, Experience, and Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent to two-year college or technical school Experience in OBGYN ..
A Plus ARDMS registered in OBGYN ...
A Plus Nuchal Translucency certification preferred.
Work Hours: Full Time ...
No nights /No weekends Salary: Commensurate with Experience.
