As a Nurse at Riverhills Neuroscience, you will play a crucial role in patient care, contributing to both clinical and administrative functions. Your responsibilities include: Provide specialized care for patients recovering from various surgical procedures Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions and recovery expectations. Provide information on potential complications and the importance of follow-up care Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses Provide accurate and appropriate health information, advice, and education to patients regarding their symptoms, medications, and treatment plans over the phone Background and Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed by the State Board of Nursing One year of formal training as an Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare setting Progressive leadership experience preferred Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Strong patient education skills are preferred If you are passionate about medical care and want to be part of a world-class healthcare team, please apply today.
