USD $16.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr. Provide routine service that support the skilled nursing care delivered to patients and residents requiring rehabilitative or restorative care that serve to increase strength and mobility. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a certified CNA in good standing with the state (as required) 1+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care nursing preferred but not required 1+ years of experience with restorative care required Reliable transportation required
