A little about The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care.

We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care.

Your role as a LPN (PRN) As a PRN LPN at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will be expected to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient vitals, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.

You will engage with residents and their families, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and respect.

The expected schedule for this position will either be 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, allowing for flexibility while ensuring comprehensive care around the clock.

You will have the opportunity to participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture that prioritizes safety and customer-centricity.

Your problem-solving skills will be put to use as you address any challenges that may arise in the delivery of care, fostering a supportive environment for both patients and fellow staff members.
