Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Active RN license in good standing. Current BLS certification (required). ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, or specialty certifications as required by assignment. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience (specialty experience preferred for travel positions). Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to adapt to new clinical environments and workflows.
