Description Care Alliance Health Center is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our Dental team. This role provides preventive oral healthcare services and patient education in an outpatient dental setting.

About the Role

The Dental Hygienist provides high-quality clinical care while working collaboratively with dentists and dental team members. This position supports preventive services, patient education, accurate documentation, patient flow, and efficient clinic operations.

What You'll Do Key responsibilities include

Perform oral prophylaxis and non-surgical periodontal treatments. Take and process dental radiographs. Assess oral health conditions and document findings. Remove sutures and polish restorations as appropriate. Assist chairside during examinations and procedures as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, and post-treatment care. Provide individualized guidance to support long-term oral health. Reinforce treatment plans and preventive care recommendations. Obtain and record medical histories, medication lists, and clinical findings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. Work collaboratively with dentists and dental team members. Support patient flow and clinical efficiency.
