Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the lives of adults with mental health challenges and possess the interpersonal skills needed to build meaningful relationships with both the individuals we serve and members of the ACCS team.

Responsibilities

Deliver side-by-side interventions that emphasize problem-solving, skill-building, behavior modeling, optimism, and ongoing encouragement to support individual progress Collaborate with the team and clients to continuously assess symptoms, monitor responses to interventions, and adjust support strategies as needed Promote access to culturally competent, strengths-based, recovery-oriented, and rehabilitation-focused services that align with each clients preferences Support clients in identifying and utilizing personal and community resources to achieve individualized goals and enhance community integration Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure service delivery is guided by each client's needs, values, and long-term recovery objectives

Qualifications
