The Direct Support Mentor assists the Group Home Supervisor with fire drills and meal assessments while training new staff on home processes. They are also responsible for managing grocery lists and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Hours: 4P - 12A including some weekends Assists the Group Home Supervisor with fire drills, meal time assessments and other various forms. Trains new staff on processes throughout the home. Completes a grocery list for the Group Home Manager as directed.
