What You’ll Do Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions. Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support. Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques. Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment. Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed. Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic. Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized. Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care. Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
What We’re Looking For No prior experience or education required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Friendly, professional, and dependable.
