We have talented therapists at a variety of price points, group and workshop offerings into the community, opportunity to master's students for a meaningful clinic internship experience and expertise in helping other mental health therapists grow their businesses.

W-2 employment status; compensation is based on experience, licensure level, and clinical specialties: Clinical rate of $55/clinical hour pre licensed and $60/clinical hour licensed.

Job Description: Summary

Clinicians are expected to use evidence-based interventions (such as ERP and EMDR), maintain a weekly caseload of 25+ clients and uphold high standards for documentation, care coordination, and professional collaboration. Supervision is provided for pre-licensed staff. All therapists work within Ignite’s structured policies and clinical systems to ensure sustainability and excellence in care.

Specific Duties Clinical Treatment Must provide care to clients regardless of payor source.

Build therapeutic rapport with clients.

Maintain ethics and confidentiality of client information and Ignite Counseling Colorado’s proprietary information.

Cultivate a culture of feedback and trust with clients and colleagues.

Utilize best practice interventions and stay current with research-based care.

Follow Ignite’s Employment and Practice Policies.

Administrative Tasks Perform intake assessments and determine client fit.

Demonstrate self-motivation to market and retain new clients.

Maintain a paper-free practice utilizing Ignite’s EHR system.

Demonstrate organized, professional skills in promptly answering calls and emails.

Complete DAP notes every session within 24 hours, and treatment plans as indicated.

Track work hours, billing, and payments accurately and timely.

Perform other duties as assigned (including but not limited to: authorization and billing forms, phone calls, and participating in case consultation meetings).

Implement time management strategies and demonstrate independence in clinical workflow.

Team Building and Networking Reliable and dependable attendance at all scheduled meetings and sessions.

Maintain reliable transportation to the Denver office.

Network within the therapist community to sustain strong referral sources.

Required Qualifications and Skills Licensed Clinicians ?

Active license in Colorado as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. ?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health role. ?

Passion for clinical learning and growth in evidenced based care.

Pre-licensed Clinicians ? Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. ? Active LPCC, MFTC or SWC credential in Colorado. ? Passion for clinical learning and growth in evidenced based care.

All Applicants Must

Be authorized to work in the U.S. Commit to a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week. Be able to work one evening per week (approx. 4–7 pm), with some weekend availability as appropriate. Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and responsiveness. Align with Ignite’s values of clinical excellence, humility, respect, and team connection. Be motivated to understand and support the financial sustainability of group private practice. Have stable internet and a confidential workspace for home office telehealth sessions. Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master's degree and be licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or pre-licensed (LPCC, MFTC, SWC) in Colorado. Licensed clinicians require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health role.
