Direct Support Professionals provide essential daily care including meal prep, hygiene, and medication administration in a supported home. They also facilitate community involvement and implement therapeutic and behavioral plans to improve quality of life.

Saturday and Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM or Saturday and Sunday 6 PM - 6 AM
$15 per hour starting rate. Tenure Pay Scale Annual Performance Bonus $1 Shift Premium on Sat & Sun 9a-9p Health Insurance Company Paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance Other benefits available including 403(b) retirement plan and generous PTO Our Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Must have valid automobile insurance Basic computer skills Pass a background and drug screen.

Based in our person supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
