A Brief Overview Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

Completes/submits required documentation.

Requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio or a Multi-State Compact license and BLS certification. Candidates must have completed an accredited practical nurse program, with 2+ years of experience required for Level II positions.
