Communicates the patients status with other health care disciplines. Coordinates and develops the patients plan of care with all health care disciplines. Performs and assists with medical and nursing procedures. Provides pertinent health care education to patients and patients family. Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Requires a Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's degree and a valid Registered Nurse license with BLS certification. Candidates must have 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.
