Market context

Texas dental roles favor orthodontic experience

In Texas, dental practices often look for candidates with orthodontic assisting experience, current CPR or BCLS certification, and training from a CODA-accredited dental assisting program when available. These roles can be competitive because employers want assistants who can support chairside efficiency, adapt quickly to specialty workflows, and contribute to patient care with minimal onboarding. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, then confirm your certification status and highlight any orthodontic experience in your application.
