Are you passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care while helping individuals on their recovery journey? Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team.

This is an opportunity to practice at a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where you'll work alongside behavioral health clinicians, primary care providers, substance use disorder professionals, and care coordinators to deliver integrated, whole-person care to adolescents and adults throughout Central Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical experience treating individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) and is experienced in prescribing and managing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as part of a comprehensive recovery-focused treatment plan.

What you'll do

As a Psychiatrist at Noble Community Clinics, you'll play an essential role in diagnosing and treating patients with behavioral health and substance use disorders while partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to improve long-term health outcomes.

Responsibilities

include:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for adolescent and adult patients.

Assess and treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Prescribe and manage Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorders using evidence-based clinical practices.

Develop individualized treatment plans that support recovery, wellness, and improved quality of life.

Collaborate closely with behavioral health clinicians, primary care providers, nursing staff, substance use counselors, and care coordinators within an integrated care model.

Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, clinical consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.

Provide consultation and education to providers and clinical staff regarding psychiatric diagnoses, psychotropic medications, addiction medicine, and behavioral health best practices.

Coordinate care with community partners and internal service lines to reduce barriers to care and improve patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EPIC electronic health record.

Follow ASAM guidelines and evidence-based standards for addiction medicine.

Support Noble's commitment to whole-person, patient-centered care.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative psychiatrist who is committed to providing exceptional care and improving access to behavioral health services in rural Wisconsin communities.

Required qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

Current Wisconsin medical license in good standing (or ability to obtain prior to employment).

Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry.

Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience treating behavioral health and substance use disorders.

Demonstrated experience prescribing and managing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and/or alcohol use disorders.

DEA registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Successful completion of Noble's credentialing and privileging process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Addiction Medicine or Addiction Psychiatry.
  • Child & Adolescent Psychiatry experience or certification.
  • Experience practicing within an FQHC, Community Health Center, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), or other integrated care setting.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented treatment, and integrated behavioral healthcare.
  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or interdisciplinary team development experience.

Requirements
