The nurse will support cardiology patients through care coordination, telephone triage, and follow-up communication. They will collaborate with cardiologists and advanced practitioners to deliver comprehensive heart care in an ambulatory setting.

In this role, you will support patients through care coordination, telephone triage, follow-up communication, and collaboration with providers across a busy ambulatory setting. · Join the Team!

Be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented practice where nurses, physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff work together to provide exceptional service and coordinated care for cardiology patients. · Position-Specific Benefits include: Eligible employees may receive up to 160 hours of paid time off per year, based on full-time or part-time status.

Experience

Preferred: 1. Experience in an ambulatory, cardiology, specialty practice, or clinical nursing setting, including strong telephone triage and patient communication skills. 2. Experience with medication refills, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance information.

Education

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

Licensures/Certifications

1. Current Pennsylvania RN license. 2. Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN program with a current Pennsylvania RN license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
