The teams at Easterseals PORT Health care directly for our clients in the community, including visits to clients living in their own homes.
As a Qualified Professional in the Community Support Team (CST), you will provide services to individuals who have a mental health or substance use disorder and meet the two life domains. As a Qualified Professional, you will provide support services by participating in the provision of structured rehabilitative interventions to individuals; such as housing and tenancy, money management, daily activities and personal wellness.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience working with the adult mental health population. Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean record on the NC Healthcare Registry.
