At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Community Support Team Qualified Professional to join our team in Wake County. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward. The teams at Easterseals PORT Health care directly for our clients in the community, including visits to clients living in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

As a Qualified Professional in the Community Support Team (CST), you will provide services to individuals who have a mental health or substance use disorder and meet the two life domains. As a Qualified Professional, you will provide support services by participating in the provision of structured rehabilitative interventions to individuals; such as housing and tenancy, money management, daily activities and personal wellness.

How You’ll Benefit

  • You’ll earn an hourly salary based on your experience between $44,000-55,000.
  • This full-time position offers a Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm flexible nontraditional schedule and will serve Wake County.
  • This position is community based.

    • To join our team as a CST Qualified Professional you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an community setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. Participation in the crisis phone rotation. We also require:
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an approved accredited institution
    • Minimum of two years’ experience working with the Adult Mental Health population
    • A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
    • Demonstrate high moral and ethical character, and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry
