Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advises the same with respect to drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serves all patients to include, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Previous experience in hospital or retail pharmacy practice and strong communication skills are preferred.
