We are currently seeking qualified mental health professionals willing to serve clients in Forsyth County.

Compensation & Incentives Starting salary

$50,000-$60,000 Higher salaries available based on experience Increased pay for prior Family Centered Treatment (FCT) experience

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related) No prior FCT experience required — we provide support and training Why Work at SPARC? Requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field and at least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents in mental health. Prior experience with Family Centered Treatment is a plus but not required.
