The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing high-level rehabilitation care to residents, including evaluating needs and establishing treatment plans. They must manage clinical documentation and coordinate with nursing and clinical staff to maximize patient outcomes.

The Physical Therapist's (PT) overall responsibility is to provide care to the resident at the highest level.
Location: Holyoke, MA
Minimum $50.00 to Maximum $60.00
Compensation will be based on, but not limited to experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule.

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and a current active license in the state of operations. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental healthcare guidelines are preferred.
