Operating out of a high-functioning 5-operatory facility (including 2 dedicated hygiene ops) with 1 doctor and a close-knit 6-member team, we focus heavily on patient experience, clinical excellence, and daily team alignment.

Position Overview We are seeking a high-caliber, growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who does more than just complete appointments.

Our ideal candidate is someone who builds deep trust, seamlessly educates patients on the oral-systemic connection, identifies clinical needs, and confidently supports the doctor's diagnoses.

Schedule & Compensation Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Wednesdays & Weekends Closed) Hours: 7:20 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a generous 1.5-hour lunch break) Pay Range: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (Hourly)

N/A Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Deliver exceptional hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and adjunctive services. Diagnostics & Documentation: Perform accurate periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral photos. Thoroughly review medical histories to identify health risk factors. Complete clinical notes efficiently in Dentacon/Practice Management System. Patient Education: Educate patients on periodontal disease, home care, and preventive options (fluoride, sealants, night guards). Clearly communicate clinical findings to the doctor. Case Acceptance: Support comprehensive patient care by identifying treatment opportunities, reinforcing doctor recommendations, and ensuring every patient leaves with their next recare appointment scheduled. Team Collaboration: Active participation in morning huddles to review hygiene production goals, perio opportunities, and schedule flow. Coordinate smoothly with the Assistant, Patient Care Advocate, Schedule Flow Coordinator, and Practice Success Manager. Operatory Management: Maintain a clean, sterile, well-stocked, and organized hygiene operatory. Job Requirements Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Georgia (in good standing). Clinical Confidence: Strong clinical skills with a deep understanding of periodontal therapy and a commitment to high-quality care. Communication Style: Ability to educate patients in a clear, supportive, and professional manner while maintaining a team-first mindset and positive attitude. Detail-Oriented: Superior accuracy regarding charting, administrative notes, and compliance.
