Provides Behavioral Health Therapy/Services for inpatients, assessments, progress notes and discharge summaries. As an active member of the Treatment Team, designs and implements individual treatment goals and interventions. Conducts individual and group therapy using a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavior therapy.
Experience 1 year experience in organizing and conducting therapeutic activities with an adult inpatient psychiatric population or a combination of education and experience totaling Required 1 year direct patient contact with Bachelors Degree in Recreation, Art, Dance/Movement, Music Therapy or related therapy field Required or 5 years experience working in Behavioral Health with Bachelors Degree in any other field Required General Experience in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavior therapy Preferred
Licenses Cert Ther. Recr. Specialist Preferred or Registered Art Therapist Preferred
