BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a private-duty patient in Upper Arlington, OH.

Responsibilities: include, but are not limited to:
Monitor and provide daily care for G-tube site Administer medications via G-tube as ordered Perform tracheostomy suctioning as needed Monitor respiratory status and report concerns Obtain vital signs and complete pain assessments Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments each shift Assist with personal hygiene, oral care, and skin integrity monitoring Assist with dressing, transfers, and repositioning Communicate changes in patient condition with the family and healthcare provider Follow the established physician Plan of Care (485)
Current Ohio LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Experience with tracheostomy and G-tube care preferred (training may be available for qualified candidates) Strong assessment and communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to work independently in a home setting
