may include but are not limited to: Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse Take vital signs and observe residents to detect responses to medications; prepare reports or notify designated personnel of unexpected reactions Assist residents with ADL care as needed Answer call lights and take appropriate action Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in residents' conditions or incidents to the nurse Communicate residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork Participate in ongoing staff education and training
Full-time team members typically work a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days. Part-time positions offer flexible scheduling, including shorter morning and evening shifts, with opportunities to pick up additional open shifts based on availability.
