Hiring Range: $350,000-420,000 Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties Performance incentives Flexible work/life balance Second-largest EMR platform – eClinicalWorks (eCW) Hospital EMR is EPIC Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision 401K Retirement Professional allowance Paid time off Signing bonus Relocation allowance Malpractice and tail coverage In this Role: As an OB/GYN with Bayview Physicians Group, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an inpatient and outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients, including preventive care, prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum care. Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions, including reproductive health, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and menopause-related concerns. Perform in-office procedures such as pelvic exams, Pap smears, colposcopies, biopsies, and contraceptive management. Conduct surgical procedures, including cesarean deliveries, hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and other gynecologic surgeries as clinically indicated. Manage patient care in both ambulatory and hospital settings with a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with WHNPs, CNMs, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care. Participate in a 1:4 call rotation and provide after-hours or emergent OB/GYN care as needed. Provide patient education on reproductive health, family planning, pregnancy, and preventive care. Adhere to clinical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards while contributing to a positive and professional practice environment.
