As an Echocardiography Technician (aka Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer), you’ll be at the forefront of heart health, using cutting-edge technology to create clear, detailed images of the heart’s chambers, valves, and vessels.

This is your chance to help uncover the mysteries of the heart and make a real difference in patients’ lives, all while working side by side with expert cardiologists.

What You’ll Do: Capture the Heart’s Story: Using ultrasound equipment, you’ll create stunning images of the heart to assess its function and diagnose heart conditions.

Work with the Experts: You’ll be an essential part of the cardiology team, performing diagnostic tests and sharing your findings with cardiologists to guide patient care.

Engage with Patients: Interview and prepare patients for their heart exams, guiding them through the process and ensuring the images are top-notch.

Stress Test the Heart: From relaxing, lying-down tests to high-energy treadmill exams, you’ll help assess how the heart performs under different conditions.

What You Bring to the Table: Education: A certificate or associate's degree in Echocardiography or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography will get you started.

Certification (Optional, but awesome): While certification is not required, earning credentials like Registered Cardiac Sonographer or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer can open doors and boost your career!

Requirements
