Advances professional / shared governance, collaborates inter & intra-professionally, delegates to others to advance care, assumes an expanded role & increased responsibility.
May lead a small team and serve as a unit / service / program nursing practice mentor & identify learning need of others.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN licensure authorized by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing or Compact State. Valid driver’s license where required by assignment. Additional Qualifications (Preferred) Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
