Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify by Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Qualified Treatment Trainee for the Unity House and Intensive Therapy Team.
This is your opportunity to receive supervised clinical hours towards licensure in a highly sought after behavioral health facility where you will have experience with individual and group therapy.
The position concludes after the supervision of hours has concluded.
What is available: 1.0 FTE, 80 hours bi-weekly Hours vary but primarily business hours Monday – Friday Location: La Crosse Unity House What you will do: Work with a primary therapist within a multi-disciplinary behavioral health team providing individual and group therapy to adult patients receiving Intensive Therapy Services in our residential treatment programs for substance use disorders and/or mental health concerns.
Multi-faceted training curriculum and supervision provided Assesses, diagnoses, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides high-quality psychotherapy and care coordination for patients with SUD and/or mental health concerns.
Provides individual, group, and family therapy, patient and family education, crisis intervention, consultations, referrals, and follow-up services as needed.
Advocates for patients while maintaining confidentiality, privacy, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
What you need: Master’s degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical internship experience Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) or Professional Counselor Training License (PC-IT) or Marriage and Family Therapy Training License (MFT-IT) What you will get: Starting pay of $53,976 annually + more for experience!
