About the role

The role involves managing In Basket messages for multiple primary care clinics and conducting virtual Telehealth appointments for acute care and onboarding. Responsibilities also include providing TCM support and performing Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs).

City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Provider Specialty Primary Care Overview: Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced full-time APP (NP or PA) with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in providing primary care in a remote environment.

This role will partner with multiple primary care clinics in answering In Basket messages.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a high-volume capacity.

APP to support with in-basket management and virtual Telehealth appointments for acute care needs, new patient onboarding, TCM support, and AWVs for select Virginia Beach locations.

Requirements

Candidates must be an active NP or PA licensed in the state of Virginia. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an APP in Primary Care is required.
