Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.
