WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our RN Navigator! Active Registered Nurse credential BSN Degree
Experience caring for patients with complex chronic disease is highly preferred.
DAY-TO-DAY This is a full-time nurse position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with in-office, remote, hybrid, and onsite work arrangements available.
