Job Summary: Responsible for performing routine testing procedures to generate analytical data used in clinical trials research.

The role supports laboratory operations by conducting specimen analysis, documenting results, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.

What You'll Be Doing: Perform routine analysis of specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements Evaluate analytical results against laboratory system algorithms and verify data accuracy Identify unusual results or performance concerns and escalate findings to senior laboratory personnel Prepare buffers, solutions, and other materials required for analytical testing Store samples and reagents appropriately following analysis activities Assist with development and revision of laboratory procedures and techniques Support laboratory housekeeping activities and maintain compliance with 6S standards Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and support ongoing quality and safety initiatives What We Are Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some CAP/CLIA laboratory locations may require a Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology 6 months relevant lab experience required Basic knowledge of laboratory principles and analytical testing procedures Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable regulatory agency standards Knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and terminology used within the area of responsibility Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control procedures, standard precautions, and hazardous chemical handling The

Needed for This Role: Ability to maintain effective reporting procedures and manage laboratory workflow Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly and accurately Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to recognize, investigate, and appropriately escalate unusual laboratory results Commitment to continuous learning, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma (or Bachelor's degree for some locations) and at least 6 months of relevant laboratory experience. Knowledge of GLP, laboratory safety, and basic computer skills are required.
